Book was not sold in stores-and only available via http://concordmusic.com. Fans were engaged and directed by Imagine Nation Social Media campaign using You Tube viral video and unique album visuals via Twitter and Facebook to drive traffic and ultimately sell out first printing of the book. Williams was last featured on two songs on the smash hit DAFT PUNK album, and is writing the Broadway score for Guillermo Del Toro's PAN'S LABYRINTH, in addition to his work on the Gratitude and Trust website, blog, and forthcoming book. Both Paul and Tracey continue to speak about recovery, and addiction to captive audiences worldwide. Paul remains as the President of music publishing rights society ASCAP.

ABOUT PAUL: 

PAUL WILLIAMS is an Academy Award-winning American composer, musician, songwriter, and actor. He is perhaps best known for popular songs performed by a number of acts in the 1970s including Three Dog Night's "An Old Fashioned Love Song", Helen Reddy's "You and Me Against the World", David Bowie's "Fill Your Heart", and the Carpenters' "We've Only Just Begun" and "Rainy Days and Mondays", as well as his contributions to films, such as writing the lyrics to "Evergreen", the love theme from A Star Is Born, starring Barbra Streisand, for which he won an Academy Award for Best Song; and "Rainbow Connection" from The Muppet Movie. He also composed the enormously popular opening theme for "The Love Boat" television series, originally performed by Jack Jones, and later, by Dionne Warwick. He has also had a variety of high-profile acting roles such as Little Enos Burdette in the highly successful 1977 action-comedy Smokey and the Bandit, and as the villainous Swan in Brian De Palma's Phantom of the Paradise (which Williams also co-scored, receiving an Oscar nomination in the process), as well as television, theater, and voice-over work for animation.

The ability to repurpose digital catalog with special packaging in limited edition is an exciting way to add new monetization to existing inventory, while superserving the fan boy-uber fans direct (without traditional overhead, distribution, warehousing, fullfillment) by using social media to connect, engage and sell directly to your fans via your database. Leveraging Lionsgate's database of horror based film fans was a no brainer to build a new revenue stream for the film giant!
